For New Clients: Please arrive with bare nails, as I do not offer foreign removals.

For Existing Clients: If you require a nail removal, please inform me at the time of booking your appointment. Failure to notify us may result in adjustments to your service due to time constraints.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your nails at any point during your appointment, please let me know immediately, and I will be happy to make any necessary adjustments.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or make changes after you have left the appointment. We encourage you to address any concerns while you are still in the salon to ensure you are completely happy with your service.

Policy for Clients Under 16

If you are under the age of 16, please ensure you have your guardian’s permission before booking an appointment. Additionally, kindly make sure they review and understand our policies.
